RemX is currently hiring for a Customer Service representative in the Alpharetta, GA area! Fully Onsite- Alpharetta, GA Pay: $21.00/hr BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED Responsibilities:
- High call volume/ inbound and outbound
- process payments and payoffs
- provide excellent customer service to increase customer satisfaction scores
- and any other miscellaneous tasks that are assigned
Requirements:
- 4 Year College degree required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Accuracy is essential to comply with federal & state lending and documentation requirements so good attention to detail is needed
- Customer service background is a plus, but Ideal for those looking for an entry-level position in the general field of Customer Service, Customer Accounts, and/or Automotive Finance
