We are looking for a ******Customer Service Representative (CSR)****** for our office in ****South Austin, Texas****. The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. T his is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50+ calls a day. This position is Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is $16.00 an hour.

******IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:******
* Type 40+ wpm
* Microsoft Office experience.
* Experience handling high call volumes.
* Bilingual Spanish/English required.
