We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our clients' team for a Contract to Hire opportunity . In this role, you will primarily focus on making outbound calls to promote our client's products and services. Your efforts will play a crucial role in building a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. $16.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone conversations with decision-makers in a business setting.
- Identify and contact the correct decision-maker through inquiries with gatekeepers and colleagues.
- Enter data from phone conversations into MS Access or TeleScript (multi-relational database).
- Use multiple PC applications to complete records for client campaigns.
- Compose summary statements to convey details about completed calls.
- Generate business-focused emails to contacts, supervisors, HR, or Quality Assurance.
- Provide feedback to enhance the overall quality of the program.
- Research client products, services, or solutions using the Internet or provided materials.
- Utilize office machines such as copiers, printers, faxes, and PCs to produce business materials.
Required Skills:
- Typing speed of 35-45 wpm
- 80% proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 98% accuracy in writing with correct grammar and spelling
- Ability to research and find information using online resources (e.g., Google, Yellow Pages)
- Basic Windows and desktop skills for troubleshooting minor issues
- General IT vocabulary
