Customer Service Representative Job Duties Include:
- Responsible for interfacing with customers, The customer service representative will handle in bound calls, make outbound calls and work in cases
- They will work on e-vouchers, vendor switches and cases from sales force
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
Requirements:
- Candidates should have Call Center experience, if they have worked in the medical field is a plus
