Molex (Triton Manufacturing) is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to add to our team in Monee, IL. Molex is proud to employ some of the most client-focused Customer Service Professionals in the world. **What You Will Do In Your Role**
* Processing Orders, Requests for Quotes, issuing RMAs.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Research answers or solutions as needed.
* Communicating and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
* Supporting manufacturing, production, quality, purchasing, and estimating departments.
**The Experience You Will Bring**
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
* Customer Service Experience
**What Will Put You Ahead**
* Knowledge of MIE (ERP SYSTEM)
* Strong communication skills
* Some knowledge of manufacturing
* Being a problem solver and decision maker
