Position Overview: Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a growing manufacturer in the Irving, TX area. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team! This position is crucial to maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service and support within the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, addressing and resolving customer complaints, and providing overall support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to high volumes of customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our database.
  • Provide timely support to B2B clients, assisting with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, logistics, and production, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date customer records.
  • Utilize Excel to manage data, track orders, and create reports as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of customer communications and updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
  • Experience handling high call volumes in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the chemical manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
