Spartan Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Columbus, OH. We specialize in a unique logistics model: We own and operate our own warehouses, fleet, forklifts, and other key equipment. We have decades of experience in fast-moving inventory, especially food and beverages, and also are veteran handlers of glass, paper, automotive supplies, and more. With our staff of more than 350, we operate over 3 million square feet of warehouse space strategically placed throughout Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm shift with Saturday hours as needed at our Hazelwood location. This is not a call center position! Duties include, but not limited to, processing shipments, warehouse inventory, customer relations and assisting in the warehouse as needed. This position starts at an hourly wage of $21.00 an hour.Benefits You'll Receive:

Requirements What You'll Need:
- Good character and integrity!
- Must be detail oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Basic Excel knowledge
- Knowledge of Excalibur
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience directing lift truck operators for outbound shipments
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience working in an office setting, including professional phone and email etiquette
- Warehouse experience preferred
- BOL handling experience preferred
