Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in assisting callers with order inquiries, updates, and problem-solving. This role requires close interaction with the production department to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software.
• Experience with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
