In this rep role, you will be providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues our customers they may have after the delivery of their merchandise. THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. This requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers. Additionally, you work closely with other team members to escalate complex issues and coordinate solutions. Your expected schedule for this full-time position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
