Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: $20 to $24 per hour Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Ideaboxpro, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and customers. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality service and support. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
