Our team is looking to fill a full-time position for Customer Service Representative to take on more business and additional customers. This position is open to all levels of experience. Our team will provide paid training, weekly coaching, and one on one support to ensure the success of our team members. Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Must have prior customer service/billing/scheduling experience
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve
- Must be positive and energetic
- Must have computer and multi-line phone experience
- Must have ability to perform at least 80 calls daily
- Must be completely open to change and self-improvement.
- Helpful to have experience/understand mortgage claims processes
- Must have strong desire to grow and learn
- Must be able to pass a criminal background screening.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and phone communication skills.
- Must have 2 years of collections experience, coaching provided if no experience.
Customer Service Representative Requirements Main Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Answer and directing incoming calls, able to handle a high volume of calls to ensure calling every customer with outstanding balance every week
- Follow full billing process until money is collected
- Follow the mortgage process on every jobMeet/exceed criteria set for accounts aged 90+ days
- Perform basic office duties
- Follow the mortgage process for billing structure on every job
- Meet/exceed criteria set for accounts with outstanding balance aged 90+ days
- Attend meetings with Department Lead or Team weekly or more often to discuss/plan collections issues
- File & appear in small claims court as needed
- Follow post court process
Job Type: Full-time Days: Monday to Friday // 8am to 4:30pm or until done - Opportunity for Over Time!!!Compensation: $18 - $25/Hour + Bonus (Depending On Qualifications)
