We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for quality.
Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking our products. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to the completion of their delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service and relationship building
- Contacting and developing solutions with customers
- Maintaining customer records
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls
- Communicate orally and via e-mail with clients and co-workers to effectively input customer orders
- Respond to requests for information in a timely and professional manner
- Understand and use job-related software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and motivated self starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
- You're comfortable working on a computer and are open to learning new systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in office setting is preferred
- Superior time management and priority-setting skills
