What we are looking for:

Seeking candidates who have had customer service rep experience previously (2-3 years preferred). Preferrably not candidates who lack customer facing experience, phone ettiquette, have only dealt with Data Entry roles.

• RELIABLE transportation.

• MS Office application proficiency

• Past experience with Salesforce and AWS is a huge plus

Job Summary:

Provides customer support the banks internal and external customers. Processes financial transactions with attention to detail and a high level of quality. Works in a team environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines. Seeks to learn and implement process improvement best practice methodology and root cause analysis best practice when working on business and customer issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

1. Responds to customer calls related to financial inquiries and technical assistance requests.

2. Utilizes case tracking system to track and follow up on customer inquiries.

3. Executes transactions in accordance with instructions from internal and external customers.

4. Processes audit confirmations and/or calculates leasing contract buyouts.

5. Completes specialized customer-specific reporting.

6. Resolves problems in accordance with established expectations.

7. Serves as “Mission Critical Personnel” for business continuity and reduced staffing scenarios.
