We are seeking a customer service representative to join our client's team! This role requires fluency in English and Spanish.
Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Utilize a variety of sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
- Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their needs and provide additional information
- Provide customer support through email and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
