About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding their insurance policies and benefits.
  • Assist members with new and existing policy inquiries, including quotes, binding, and policy changes.
  • Identify and address member needs, providing solutions and recommendations to meet their insurance needs.
  • Efficiently navigate multiple systems and programs to resolve member issues and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment.
  • 6 months of experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, email, and/or face-to-face.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
