We work with consumers to help with outstanding financial obligations. Seeking individual for full time call center position, must possess the following qualifications. A. Must pass a criminal background check. B. Must possess good computer skills. C. Must have the ability to verbally communicate clearly and concisely. D. Prior phone center and customer service experience is a plus. The job entails the following daily tasks. 1. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquires. 2. Negotiate an appropriate action plan to resolve issues in the most timely manner. 3. Pleasant phone skills are a must.
