- Provide Call Center Customer support for multiple websites
- Order management, trouble-shooting, and resolution
- Answer inbound calls as well as outbound calls to customers
- Handle live chat with customer inquiries
- Ensure each customer has an informative and positive experience
- Follow through with customers via phone/email to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Create orders for customers and assist them with any questions regarding product
- Thorough documentation and detailed notes
- Work with team members to reach expected goals
- Making sure website information is up to date and information is correct
- Create sales driven by excellent customer service
- Assist with other company needs and projects as needed
- Generate new sales and increase additional sales through up selling and cross selling
- Inbound customer calls and new customer prospecting
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
QualificationsQualifications
- Proven customer support experience, however, call center is not mandatory
- Strong communication and listening skills. Verbal and written
- Customer centric attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle and adapt to a variety of personalities
- Basic understanding of outlook and comfortable operating computers
- Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed
- Knowledge of hockey or goalie
Schedule
- Candidates must be available Full-time. Call center hours and operations does change to meet business needs. Candidates must be available to work Monday - Saturday.
- Working hours Monday - Friday are 8 AM to 5 PM. Saturdays are required during busy season which is typically from October through December, this requirement may change.
