Description We are searching for a talented individual to join our team in Markle, IN as a Customer Service Representative. This role will include connecting with customers and partners, as well as consulting with external and internal stakeholders to make sure tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. Responsibilities •Coordinate and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery. Projects are large wood-framed buildings such as motels, apartments, college dorms, and assisted living buildings •Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals •Interpret construction drawings and identify any problems or discrepancies in the plans •Develop effective solutions to address issues and mitigate risks, while maintaining quality standards •Maintain a deep understanding of wood-framed buildings and construction processes •Utilize software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to track progress and maintain documentation •Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members •Display a detail-oriented and well-organized approach to project management and customer service Qualifications •Minimum 2 years of experience in wood-framed building projects •Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and identify problems in the plans •Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook •Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client and team communication •Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills
