Job Description:

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday 8-hour workday starting between 7am-9am
  • (3–6-month contract)

Address: (100% On-Site Position) Camarillo, California, 93012

Job Duties:

  • Customer Service representative will provide high level of customer service by inputting and ensuring correct processing of customer orders, returns, and repairs submitted via various input methods
  • Participates in process improvement efforts to build capacity, improve service, and improve quality on an as needed basis.
  • Assists customers via phone, live chat, and e-commerce with questions regarding
  • Assists with coordination of Shipping, Production, accounting, and Quality Control with level 1 and 2 CSR reps when needed. products, pricing, and order details and first level technical assistances
  • Coordinate and process instrument repairs on behalf of customer. Follow processes in all business systems to track repairs until process is fully complete.
