**We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our Northwood, OH Online Metals office.**

**Key Accountabilities:**

* Accurately enter and process orders and customer satisfaction forms

* Develop new customers and unattended existing customers through aggressive out calling and follow-up

* Provide assistance to customers on website navigation

* Answer customers questions regarding products, services and delivery

* Utilize organizational techniques while paying strong attention to detail

* Provide sales support, office administration, and process customer debits and credits

* Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures

* Work in team environment, communicating as required with all personnel

** Your profile**

**Minimum Requirements****:**

* Bachelors Degree in a related field or comparable work experience

* Solid computer knowledge

* Strong interpersonal skills to sell

* Effective communication and listening skills

* Direct telephone selling experience

**Preferred Requirements:**

* 2 to 3 years sales experience

* 2 years of metals experience

* Knowledge of products being sold by the business unit
