The Customer Service Rep will work in an office setting and utilize a variety of technology and programs to accomplish assigned tasks. Responsibilities:
- Create and accept customer orders.
- Schedule appointments for orders.
- Document all necessary information throughout the order creation process.
- Work closely with leaders, teams and customers to solve issues that arise.
Skills and qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
Pay and benefits:
- Additional $1.25 per hour on second and third shift, $2.00 per hour on weekends.
