- Interact with third-party truck drivers arriving to pick up customer product of bulk or bagged sand with a customer-service-bedside-manner.
- Input weight data and other relevant info into the company's computer system, maintaining accurate records.
- Input new orders and edit/delete existing orders in ERP system.
- Respond to or properly route internal/external emails and phone calls.
- Utilize Microsoft Teams to resolve BOL(bills of lading)/order-related issues Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Organization skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn an ERP system
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Teams Details:
