Description The CSR (Customer Service Representative) responds to inquiries regarding our bus services, trip planning, and route/schedule changes, and investigates, resolves, documents, and responds promptly to basic customer complaints, providing positive feedback in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a FULL-TIME position located near Gwinnett Place Mall. Expected hours are approx. 40/weekly on Monday through Saturday as scheduled. Could be early morning, mid-day, or evening hours, or a combination of these. Requires ability to cover other shifts, as needed. Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required.
Experience Preferred:
- Up to 2 years of customer service or basic office experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Pleasant telephone voice/manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to remain courteous with difficult or angry customers.
- Basic computer knowledge/PC experience
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
