Customer Service Representative
: Job Details :

Our client, a large consumer products company is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to join their team! Candidates must have at least one year of data entry or call center experience in a professional environment. This position will be on site in the Saint Petersburg office.

• Hourly pay: $18 - $20

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to a large group of internal and external customers
• Perform order entry processing
• Update and interact with customer accounts
• Research and resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is strongly preferred
