We offer:Weekly pay starts at $18.00 per hour ($18.50 for Chicagoland)Direct deposit or cash card offeredHealthcare, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401kOngoing, in-depth training opportunitiesMeaningful work with clients who need your helpCareer growth and experience with an industry leader with 40+ years of history in a high-demand fieldResponsibilitiesMaintains assigned clients' files, employee files, and all related paperworkProvides direct training to field staff on client Care PlansMonitors the performance assigned to field staff who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality serviceProactively communicates schedules and changes with clients, field staff, referral sources, team leads, managers, and the branch managerPrepares and submits routine departmental reports, as requiredRecords and maintains accurate documentation of the client's condition and overall serviceConducts and keeps a record of client satisfaction surveys, client in-home visits, employee evaluations, and employee in-service trainingAppropriately handles client complaints and problems; documents and reports any significant issues for further attention or resolution, as requiredEnsures compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as with company policies and proceduresPerforms other job-related duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred, but not required2 years of management/supervisory experience is preferred, but not requiredAt least 18 years of age requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and professional written and verbal communication skillsPhysical/Travel RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a timeMust be able to sit, stand, walk, or squatMust be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. at a timeMust be able to travel to client homes when needed*Candidates must comply with state background screening requirements.
