J2 Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist for our client in Conshohocken, PA. This is a 6 month contract to hire role.

The customer support representative needs to demonstrate proficiency in customer relations and service skills, demonstrate ability to provide support to external customers, possess ability to learn and use multiple information systems as well as have the ability to trouble shoot issues.

Minimum Requirements

• 2-4 years of customer service experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to learn and use multiple information systems as well as the ability to trouble shoot
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate inter-departmentally to handle accounting, marketing, production, and IT issues.
• Ability to work independently with limited assistance and guidance
• Demonstrated customer relations and service skills is preferred
