Provide basic customer service and handle order-to-cash or similar data processing operations.
Utilize MS Office, with a focus on Excel, to manage and process customer orders.
Ensure data accuracy and timely entry of orders.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Work as a collaborative team player to meet shared goals.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus for managing order and payment processing.
