Clayton Services is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a thriving company in North Houston. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, coordinating services, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00/hour
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer service contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns via phone and email.
- Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently, working to find effective solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
- Assist with mail delivery, opening packages, and delivering them to the correct internal contact.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and follow-ups in the customer management system.
- Provide administrative assistance to team members, including preparing reports, handling data entry, and managing correspondence.
Customer Service Representative Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve customer complaints.
- Strong time management skills.
- Dependable team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel.
Customer Service Representative Education and Experience:
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Experience in the apartment, hospitality, or relocation services industry is a huge plus.
