Our innovative & globally lead company is seeking a self-driven Account Representative that can work remotely in the US to support our sales manager and our clients. If you enjoy working with clients, are resourceful, enjoy staying busy, and multitasking then this job is for you!In this EXCITING role, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts/clients from the initial quote and order processing, through the release for shipment. This is a critical role where you will be able to make decisions using independent judgment and direction from Sales Management on various issues relative to pricing and customer satisfaction. We will invest in your abilities and train you on our products and solutions so you can become the subject-matter expert and feel empowered to help clients by providing them outstanding customer service.This is not a typical call center position! Having a customer focus mindset is imperative for this role & you will be the main point of contact to our clients and answer inquiries while providing them pricing quotes and resolving any issues they might have. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for data entry, processing customer orders, tracking the order, and perform necessarily follow-ups up to ensure the order is released for shipment.Communication and teamwork are vital to this role! You will interact with customers on any deviation in the delivery process, complete reports for management and executive, interact with scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, and finance departments. There will be a lot of system tracking in SAP to monitor accounts sales activity and determine the course of action based on demand.In this busy and fast-paced role, you will review, interpret, and prepare customer purchase orders for data entry, ensuring that customer requirements can be met and reviewed, adjusted, and verify sales representative commission on all orders and reports.What else are we looking for?
  • 3 years of customer service or account management experience where you had to problem-solve issues for clients, handle quoting, pricing, order tracking, shipment delivery, and provided outstanding customer service.
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) as you will be entering data in SAP; if you have any ERP or CRM system experience, that is a plus!
  • The ability to embrace new process methodologies, new technology, and innovative ideas.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills are a must because there will be situations to problem-solve like handling complaints, credits, returns, resolving pricing discrepancies as well as working to determining accurate pricing within the provided guidelines.
