Job description: Our Customer Associate role supports our client's sales team: managing information collection and application preparation from a team of sales people.
Job role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers via the phone
- Continuously improve your performance in a metrics-driven environment
- Have access to consistent 1:1 coaching, ongoing learning and development opportunities, and mentorship
- Ensure prospective customers receive unparalleled service
- You have prior experience in a customer service environment, dealing with a sophisticated client base, either by email or telephone.
- You have excellent customer manner and attention to details
- You are service oriented with an eye to exceeding established service levels
- You are self-motivated, ambitious, and excited to continue to grow in your career
