Job Title: Customer Service Representative Department: Customer Service Accountability: This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities • Perform customer service duties for an assigned territory as needed, including: oRespond promptly to all incoming customer inquiries oApply product and industry knowledge to assist customers with questions and issues oReceive, validate, and accurately enter customer purchase orders oMaintain proper records of transactions and customer information oResolve issues by understanding customer complaints, determining root causes of issues, selecting and effectively communicating the best solutions, and ensuring fast and effective implementation of resolutions oSupport business relationships with end users, resellers, and independent reps • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary • Escalate customer issues to Customer Service Supervisor when required • Contribute to continuous improvements by providing feedback and suggestions on the efficiency of the customer service process to the Customer Service Supervisor Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED • 3+ years of successful customer service experience • Possess effective problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply product/industry knowledge to assist customers with issue resolution • Experience with use of automated information systems (CRM/ERP) • Must possess strong interpersonal skills • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Interest in learning a detailed product line • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment • Must possess a strong attention to detail, accountability, and self-motivation • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively Work Environment - Manufacturing: • Office Equipement • Chemicals, (See SDS) • Machinery • Dust • Noise • Protective clothing and equipment may be required Company Details Havis is at the forefront of revolutionizing industries by unlocking the full potential of technology to drive productivity and enhance safety through innovative mobility solutions.
