**Customer Service Representative**

**Role Summary**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the service department.
**Responsibilities**
* Receives/Answers telephone calls from customers
* Troubleshoot issues for customers
* Coordinate service appointments
* Data entry
* Maintain strong customer service through daily communication with clients
**Basic Qualifications**
* Associates degree
* Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite
* Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree
