Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Dynamic Customer Service Representative in Howell! Are you a proactive problem-solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! This exciting role is essential for ensuring that our production and service meet top-notch customer service standards. Key Responsibilities: -Foster a Positive Work Culture: Contribute to a collaborative and engaging workplace atmosphere. -Stay Compliance-Savvy: Operate ethically and in line with laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards. -Solve Problems and Improve: Utilize effective techniques for resolving issues and driving continuous improvement. -Adhere to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, cost-efficient environment. -Daily Screen Checks: Monitor Ford, Chrysler, and GM screens at scheduled intervals (8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM). -Customer Service Backup: Provide essential support to the customer service department as needed. -Handle Disputes: Manage disputes on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. -Order Management: Enter and update GPIRS orders, manually process spot buys, and adjust customer releases based on communication. -RMA Adjustments: Coordinate with the quality department to ensure accurate RMA cum adjustments and address discrepancies promptly. -Communication: Notify customers of any missed shipments and provide timely updates on status. -Expedite and Update: Set up outgoing expedites, manage DNS (Do Not Ship) lists, and update the SAP system with current information. -Meeting Participation: Attend weekly service meetings, daily MP&L meetings, and handle quality alerts. Skills & Qualifications: -Education & Experience: Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. -Training: Safety Awareness, ISO 14001, TS16949, and DNS Process Training. -Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AS400 production, and SAP experience. -Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers via phone and email effectively.Trillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
