The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-seat position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing client accounts, servicing and renewing policies, providing insurance solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• The job requires experience and proficient knowledge of insurance coverages and processes to service insureds through insurance carrier websites as well as wholesale brokers. New, Upsell and Cross-sell business will be compensated as well.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• P/C insurance license
• Experience with AMS 360 and Image Right
• Proficient in Outlook
