WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate a multi-line switchboard and company provided laptop
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and referral sources
- Answer incoming phone calls from patients
- Accurately enter new patient information into company computer system
- Obtain written order from physician, verify insurance and generate orders
- Ensure the customer and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
- Familiar with diabetic testing orders and continuous glucose monitors
- Problem resolution of missing orders to include UPS/USPS tracking
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
REMOTE TERMS:
- Must train on-site for 4-6 weeks.
- Upon completion of training, the position is fully remote.
