Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Spare Parts: (SV.PM.002)

  • - - - Arrange for disposal of material.

  • After Sales Process (SV.PM.004)

  • Customer Repair Process (SV.PM.003)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Process Owner Responsibilities:

  • None

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of CNC experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of customer services, customer relations preferred.
  • At least 5 years of aftermarket and service activities preferred.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Hard Skills

  • Soft Skills

Training Requirements:

  • General Safety
  • ISO
  • HUS network and processes
  • Heller products

Physical Demands:

  • Some physical exertion required.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Safety glasses may be required while performing specific tasks.
  • Hearing protection may be required while performing specific tasks.

Work Environment:

  • Works in both office and plant environment.
  • May be required to visit customer site.
  • Occasional travel to other Heller facilities.
