Superior Fence & Rail of Greenville is an industry leader seeking a part time Customer Service Representative. Typical work hours are from 8am - 4pm, Monday through Thursday and every other Friday. Pay is $18 per hour. Laid back atmosphere and quiet office!
Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and customer service support to the outside sales team
- Schedule appointments with customers from online inquiries
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Providing support to customers, handle inquiries, and performing data entry
- Assisting operations personnel as needed
- Job packet preparation and 811 entries

Minimum Requirements
- At least two (2) years of customer service experience
- Previous appointment scheduling experience
- Computer skills (Google's G Suite is preferred)
- Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)

- A self-starter
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, especially Google's G Suite applications
- Exceedingly positive in work attitude
