Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representative manages accounts, including new and existing customers, promote products and services, identify and resolve customer concerns and develop new and lateral contacts with current customer base. This role performs both in-bound and out-bound customer calls. The ideal candidate will have experience establishing and managing accounts and developing relationships with existing customers.

Job description

• · Add new accounts to ERP system
• · Quoting, sales order entry and invoicing
• · Process customer returns
• · Track and update customers with shipment information
• · Develop new customer contacts with current accounts
• · Promote VWP products and services.
• · Solicit Purchase Orders and promote product upgrades to current customers
• · Communicate new product and service opportunities, information, or feedback gathered through contact activity
• · Reduce customer returns through increased development and relationship management
• · Must maintain thorough understanding of VWP's product offering

Requirements

• · Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• · Previous experience with ERP a plus
• · Dynamic personality
• · Excellent written, verbal, telephone and presentation skills
• · Strong organizational and time management skills
• · Minimum of two (2) years B2B sales experience
