Growing electrical company specializing in solar, batteries, generators, electrical contracting and engineering services has an opening for: Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small, growing business. You will work in a team environment. The owners of the company believe in growing their employees, are hands on and will provide the support needed to learn the position requirements. The owners are both electrical engineers (one a Professional Engineer) with excellent resumes. This is a professional company who values their employees. Our employees are happy, we have an excellent team environment, and we are growing. The ideal candidate will be professional and self-motivated. They will be interested in learning new things, growing with the company and have the ability to take ownership of their tasks.Responsibilities:

• Answer the main line and route calls appropriately.
• Call customers daily with updates on when their projects start and we will arrive.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft windows and Microsoft office.
• Bachelors or associate's degree in business, marketing, economics, accounting, mathematics or engineering / sciences.
• The ability to learn new things as required in the position.

We will provide training to get you certified with the various manufacturers products we use.
