We are a family owned garbage business located in South Plainfield, New Jersey. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Part-Time 8:00am to 2:30pm. Full-Time 8:00am to 4:00pm. Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Assisting Customers with Accounts
- Taking Payments on Customer's Accounts
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assisting Billing with Preparation of Monthly Bills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation Range:
- $ 15.00 to $ 16.00 Hourly
