- Proven experience in customer service
- Understanding of order processing and timelines
- Ability to learn product information and develop a rapport with customers
- Good organization and time management skills. Ability to multi task and adhere to timelines
- Team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience/ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts in assigned territory
- Process orders, perform inventory checks, communicate order confirmation, obtain approvals and prepare shipping paperwork
- Obtain quotes for shipping rates and send timely notifications of order status to customer
- Process replacements, exchanges, returns and warranty requests
- Maintain daily checklist of open orders and stay on top of follow ups
- Support regional sales representatives and customers in providing product information
- Work in QuickBooks to notate customer transactions
- Represent company values and adhere to policies under CSR manager
