Responsibilities Include:
- Handle phone calls about products, price quotes, order statuses, and invoice payments.
- Assist with scheduling and developing safe work plans.
- Draft, prepare, and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports, while upholding standards.
- Regularly balance and reconcile cash funds.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with order management systems and scheduling software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.
