Role Summary & Essential Responsibilities

  • Function as the liaison between our customers and factories. Communicate with customers, internal BUs, factories, and/or CMs to provide relevant and timely information.
  • Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive client relations, effective account management and administrative support which can substantially affect sales revenue.
  • Manage and track inventory movements & control aging inventory.
  • Attend and participate at meetings internally and with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (delivery confirmation, RMA issuance, status, etc.).
  • Work cross functionally to submit invoices, reconcile A/R invoicing and past due payments.
  • Generate hub pull reports, process sales orders and create delivery notes to generate customer billings for hub pulls.
  • Communicate with global sales staff to complete customer RFQs.
  • Maintain repository of information to provide accurate and effective account details.
  • Learn internal and external customer software systems.
  • Assist new account process including set-up credit for 1st time buyers, keep track of sample, forecasting, order processing, NDA, and prepare sales reports as requested.
  • Identify, analyze and solve account problems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and plan daily work activities.
  • Prepare MRO pos as necessary
  • Assist with Commission setup and research rep payment issues
