Customer Support and Order Entry Admin
6+ months, at minimum
Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 remote (will work with them to determine the days once they start. They will need to be in the office every day initially (probably for 2 weeks for the initial training.) Londonderry, NH 03053
Hours: 8-5, 1 hour for lunch or 8:30-5:00 with 30 minutes for lunch
Must Haves:
*Experience using SAP within a professional setting (accountant, admin, ops, etc)
*Experience with high volume customer support and order entry
Job Summary/Description: Looking for strong Customer Support Specialists to join the team. Individuals will support high volume order entry into SAP. The organization just moved to SAP so someone with very strong SAP experience is desired!
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Act as an advocate for our customers.
Answer and direct calls.
Receive, verify the accuracy of, and process customer orders.
Process quotes, documentation requests, samples, RMAs, complaints, etc as required by
customers and sales staff.
Work with sales, accounting, logistics, supply chain, and others to resolve customer issues.
Maintain information in GCRM.
Distribute incoming mail.
Communicate with sales staff regarding critical customer situations.
Assist sales staff with questions, customer information, etc
Provide on-going process improvement ideas to management.
Other tasks and/or projects as assigned by management
