BGSF is seeking a direct hire Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client located in the O'Hare area of Chicago! The strongest candidates will have 1+ years B2B customer service experience, in addition to above-average communication, organizational and follow-through skills.
- Direct hire
- $40,000 - $45,000, DOE
- 100% onsite
- Hybrid/flex schedule once trained
- Monday Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Requires 1+ years business to business customer service and order processing experience; ERP (SAP, JD, Oracle, etc); MS Word; MS Excel; technical aptitude and marine/diesel/auto engine experience are major +s; delivery schedules; discrepancy claims; full cycle order management
