Role Description

This is an entry level, full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Nordic Intermodal in Pomona, CA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer complaints
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
