Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be exposed to a plethora of enterprise-level technologies. You will be required to learn, ask questions, work on interesting problems, answer phone calls from clients, generate and compile reports, but most of all have fun and enjoy yourself. IPsoft CSRs will be exposed to all verticals including, but not limited to, Linux, Unix, Networking, Databases, and Windows. In the morning you could be dealing with cloud architecture issues, by lunch resolving a global networking problem, and wrapping up your day creating automations. Every day new and exciting opportunities present themselves.
