CRG is searching for a Customer Service Representative in Pompano Beach, FL! Opportunity: Contract (6+ months) Pay: $16/hour Location: Pompano Beach, FL (100% on site)Schedule: 2 open shifts - 8am - 5pm or 11am - 8pmCRG Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience within a call center environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
