We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Rep to join forces with a pioneering leader in digital technologies. This position interfaces with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs. This is NOT are remote position. Pay: $20-$25/hour Location: Bartlesville (on-site) Responsibilities: - Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish - Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs - Ensure invoices are accurate and send to customers - Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity - Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: - Bachelor's Degree Education: Bachelors Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: - 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments - Attention to detail, team player and self-starter - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Apply today!
