Job Description:

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeableanswers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Must have requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of call handling experience
  • 4-6 weeks of training (no leaves allowed during training)

Hybrid:

  • Call Center roles are NOT work from home/remote positions! They can be hybrid.
  • The candidates need to be 110% comfortable with either possibility of working remote or onsite at any given time.
  • They will also need to have the proper remote capabilities (being the below).

Remote capabilities:

  • A functioning computer (laptop or desktop MAC or PC), reliable high-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a phone line (with unlimited calling minutes).

Flexibility with shift schedules:

  • They must be comfortable working all types of shifts. The initial training is during regular business hours however they are assigned shifts based on the business needs afterwards.

The call center is open 24/7 our candidates need to be able to work during that timeframe as we cannot guarantee a specific shift to them, and they cannot hand pick a shift. Close to the end of training candidates are provided with the shift options that have gaps in coverage and training class can choose from these and it could be an option between 2 different shifts, or they dont get an option and the whole training class gets 1 shift that is all the same.
